Reservations, Rates, Terms & Conditions Number of Adults: Pine Haven Cabin will only sleep 2 adults, no exceptions. Security Deposit: $100 is required to hold your reservation and as a security deposit. This will be refunded back to you 14 days after departure. Balance Due: “Full rent is due 15 days before your arrival and for certain Holiday’s full balance will be due sooner. Please check with Teresa on terms. Rates: $160 per night on week nights, Monday-Thursday, and $180 per night on weekends, Friday-Sunday. Pet Fees: $40 Cancellation Policy: Full refund of all monies will be made if you cancel 15 days or more before your scheduled date of arrival. Check in & Check out: Check in time is 2:00 p.m.; check out time 11:00 a.m. Should you need to extend your check out time please notify us in advance. Minimums: Two-night minimum stay, longer on major holiday weekends. Prices slightly higher for some holiday weekends. Weekly Special: Discounted rate for a 7 night minimum stay. Check for pricing.
